I am transitioning GPG keys from an old 1024-bit DSA key to a new
4096-bit RSA key.  The old key will continue to be valid for some time,
but I prefer all new correspondance to be encrypted in the new key, and
will be making all signatures going forward with the new key.

This transition document is signed with both keys to validate the
transition.

If you have signed my old key, I would appreciate signatures on my new
key as well, provided that your signing policy permits that without
reauthenticating me.

The old key, which I am transitional away from, is:

  pub   dsa1024/10E8DC72 2004-03-14 [expires: 2016-02-29]

The new key, to which I am transitioning, is:

  pub   rsa4096/E4587835 2015-12-23 [expires: 2020-12-21]
   Primary key fingerprint = FC0C B017 B309 8E5A 101C  30A2 F671 330A E458 7835

To fetch the full new key from a public key server using GnuPG, run:

  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-key F671330AE4587835

If you have already validated my old key, you can then validate that the
new key is signed by my old key:

  gpg --check-sigs F671330AE4587835

If you don't already know my old key, or you just want to be double
extra paranoid, you can check the fingerprint against the one above:

  gpg --fingerprint F671330AE4587835

If you are satisfied that you've got the right key, and the UIDs match
what you expect, I'd appreciate it if you would sign my key:

  gpg --sign-key F671330AE4587835

Lastly, if you could upload these signatures, i would appreciate it.
You can either send me an e-mail with the new signatures (if you have
a functional MTA on your system):

  gpg --armor --export F671330AE4587835 | mail -s 'OpenPGP Signatures' sirius@bakke.co

Or you can just upload the signatures to a public keyserver directly:

  gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --send-key F671330AE4587835
